Written during 2020 and the beginning of 2021, these poems follow the seasons of the year as she met and fell in love with her soon-to-be husband and how they experienced long distance during the pandemic.

Accompanied by photographs, these are poems of love, longing, waiting, wondering, and searching for ways to find peace and contentment in the simple moments of life: learning to see the beauty around her and find hope in the present.

As the Sun Touches Everything is a love story, the walk into open arms, the butterflies and listening to the wind outside the window while gazing, the excitement and comfort. Everything, so sweetly wrapped in poetry and photography. I honestly picked this book up after a break up and it filled me with such tenderness, a book that holds you with sweet intentions. Loved it all!
